I believe it to be a fact that there are, and have been many large violations to AVALON'S zoning/construction rules, perpetrated by several well connected builders. This is not only breaking the law, it hurts the lives of others who followed the law, who now have a view illegally blocked, a house too close, or a soaking wet flooded property after every rain, that was caused by said builders making the yards at their projects too high. This is wrong.
