Cape May Court House

Why aren’t these other county school districts following state recommendations for all remote learning while our state is considered high risk? Common sense would be to go all virtual from now until a week or two after the holiday. This would allow time for students and staff to quarantine after the holiday if needed which would limit spikes in cases in schools. In reality, the students are only missing 5-7 actual in person school days as the majority are already on a hybrid learning model. Why don’t we try being proactive instead of reactive so we don’t have to continue to emergency close?
