The Sheriff claims in his Herald story that it was because he set strict guidelines for the reasons of low COVID numbers in the Jail. So I guess the Officers or guards as he called them, had nothing to do with it? They’re the ones living in there 12 hrs a day at some point it would be nice if he would recognize the Officers for their good work.
