Mike Pence defended the Trump rallies at the coronavirus briefing where 40,000 new infections were reported. He said "The freedom of speech, the right to peaceably assemble is enshrined in the Constitution of the United States,” he said, “and we have an election coming up this fall.” Wow. His response was so tone deaf and wrong on so many levels, that it is ridiculous!
