Dog Owners - do you not hear your dogs repeatedly barking? You maybe immune to the noise but it is unfair that you subject your neighbors without any effort to stop the barking - you chalk it up to them just being “cute” or protecting their territory. It is neither when it lasts for several minutes and it is a repeated patten. Don’t make your neighbor have to call the police, animal control or have to inform you of good neighborly conduct. Appreciate any and all who take this in the most positive way it could be expressed.
