Councilman Sheenan has the CIty Clerk clarify and read the cover letters of all business's applications for outdoor seating at the special meeting 6/11/20. Not listening to the City Manager and the Clerks reports she fails to understand her role as a Councilman.These two employees did the homework necessary to prepare council for a vote.Sheenan has no business understanding of how difficult these times are.
