I can’t believe that the city of North Wildwood has been caught violating 5 EPA laws dealing with construction along the beach damaging dunes! Where is the oversight? How did construction begin without the proper permits? And now there is talk that some of that construction will have to be torn down to return the site to its natural condition. Who will have to pay for that? I hope my taxes will not be raised to cover the cost of that. The businesses that built there should pay, but I bet they will declare bankruptcy just to get out of paying!
