Why is there no conservation of the Villa Maria by the Sea land in Stone Harbor? Why is there no agreement or equitable arrangement being made to conserve part of the land that is being sold off to developers? Can't the county and Stone Harbor municipality purchase some of the land for conservation? Stone Harbor constantly prides itself on its environmental righteousness but has sold out to developers and potential tax dollars on this deal.
