I am a permanent resident of NCM and I walk throughout our neighborhood every day of the week. I see the cars with PA and NY tags parked in driveways and on the street. I accept and welcome those folks who have come down to the shore and stay here. What I have a problem with are all those who come down by the carload for the weekends. I don’t know what these people have been doing during the week between weekends. To the out-of-towers, if you want to stay--join us. If not, stay home.
