Humanity's arrogance knows no limits. Don't get me wrong, I love nature and want to avoid pollution, but to assume that the fate of the planet is in our hands is hubris. Giant species have come and gone, an ice age enveloped much of the planet and we, humans are relative newcomers. Let's not pollute, but let's stop obsessing that what we do has any real effect on the course of nature. We do not have dominion over the wind, tides, rain and sun. This world will end no matter what we do.
