What an admirable example those cops at the funeral set for our young people by turning their back on the city mayor. The message is clear and pointed, that it's okay to disrespect authority. Worse, some out-of-town cops participated. Supervisors should put a reprimand in their file Monday morning. Now, our kids can follow their example of disrespecting authority, including police.
