To the 'We debate' Spouter: Are you kidding? When's the last time you heard a serious debate on anything from this council? This is the most NON transparent council ever. Rich, Lane and Kramer are the worst offenders. It's their way or the highway! Go to an Avalon meeting, it's much different..and the Stone Harbor Mayor is a fence rider..never commits and will say anything to appease. And she never follows up on anything. We need a good Mayor here; the one that we have just doesn't cut it. It's 2015 and we need new blood. Her past mistakes have cost us millions.
