You obviously don't know what you're talking about. Home prices ARE affected by adjacent or nearby bars and commercial properties. If you live on the island and are next to this so called veteran facility you understand the dynamics. You obviously live somewhere where you have to drive. This has nothing to do with veterans and everything to do with how zoning and bars affect the way we live. So to the angry spouter, get a life.
