Wildwood - Someone made an online comment to a spout stating, "No, we blame the shooter. We just ask that there be more gun laws to curtail the amount of violent deaths at the hands of gun owners, the same way as there are laws against owning and utilizing bombs or operating a motor vehicle when drunk." I am curious as what additional laws he expects would be effective? Murder is already a crime, as is unlawful possession of a weapon. By making more laws, how will we change human behavior? I think the answer is simple, it is our society that needs to be repaired, not adding "new" laws.
