Wildwood - In response to the spouter bringing to light the hiring of new police officers through a $750,000 COPS grant, I applaud your interest into the future as to how we are going to pay for them, once the grant runs out. Your questions are forefront on several people's minds and you are right to be concerned. A typical response by this current administration is to hire them and worry about it later. We see see this with the fire dept. and public works. And you are right, it will cost us dearly, and in the end, when everyone is taking vacations, etc., we will have to wonder, was it worth it?
