Wildwood - Now that the Inflation Reduction Act has been approved in the senate it appears that it will make it through congress then signed into law. One of the items removed from the bill was placing a cap on the price of insulin, however, the government will have the ability to negotiate the costs of medications for Medicare. This should lower the price which seniors will pay for prescriptions but there is no mention of how high the premiums and the price of insulin will go up. And Narcan is still free for the drug addicts.
