Wildwood - My wish is not to be lied to by farefree and admit you didn't schedule my ride to the hospital for a important test on 12/13 for a 12:00 pick up,instead I was told that they were here for me at 11;40 why I don't know.I know that was not true because I never received the text that gets sent prior about wearing mask, nor the second text stating the pick up time and bus number.They never called,rang my bell or text saying they changed my pick up time.I was actually by the door at that time and would have seen you.So at least apologize for your screw up and care a little for seniors.
