Wildwood - Lately, after every mass shooting, we keep hearing it's a mental health issue and not a gun issue. I have the perfect solution for the problem. Why don't we make psychiatric screenings a mandatory part of a gun purchase process and ownership? No ok from a medical professional, no sale.
