Wildwood - If there are not enough qualified and able firefighters in Wildwood's two volunteer fire departments, then those members not able or fit cannot possibly receive any stipend for clothing or anything else by definition, can they? If you don't meet the percentages, then no stipend. Wonder who keeps these records and whether they can be audited. It is our city funds, so there ought to be.
