Wildwood - I stopped into Wildwood City Hall to pay my water bill. I did not see anyone in the building who was not a city employee. When I left and drove away, I realized both of the parking lots were completely filled with vehicles. This is why my taxes are so high - far too many city employees. Do we need a receptionist to tell me what is displayed on a sign next to her? There's one window to pay my water bill, but six people standing in the office. Two men were changing a light bulb. This is insanity.
