Wildwood - I read in the Herald that a group of businessmen who rent bicycles to the public want to have the law changed so their patrons can ride on the boardwalk for one hour longer. I am against it, but really, it wouldn't make any difference. Nothing is done about the people who ride bicycles on the boardwalk between noon and 1 p.m.
