North Wildwood - Each trash collection day I put one can of trash and one can of recycles out on my sidewalk at the curb. I then go to work. When I get home both of my cans are empty. The cans are in the street and always four to five feet from the curb. I put the cans where they belong and think the trash men should return them to the same spot.
