Wildwood - I read the article where second homeowners want a vote when it comes to local issues and representation within the municipality where their second property is located. I could not agree more. As long as they are paying taxes, they should have representation, as their money is going to fund local schools, services, and local government. On national issues, elections, etc., I would say no. The primary residence should be used. In some cases, second home ownership outnumbers the local residents. The balance is unfair.
