Wildwood - I have mental illness, depression and other issues. I finally called Cape Counseling to get help and could not get an appointment because I lost my insurance card. Can you believe that? I should be getting help free. Most people deny their problems. It's hard to accept ones' mental issues. It was hard to make that call, only to be denied.
