I can't believe someone is asking for donations to the police K9

Wildwood - I can't believe someone is asking for donations to the police K9 unit. I already donate more than my share every quarter - it's called my tax bill. How about the K9 unit, and the entire police department for that matter, donate to my family's safety by patrolling my street and not spending entire shifts on Rio Grande Ave. or Youngs and New Jersey. If that was a police officer who put in the donation request, they should be ashamed of themselves.
