Wildwood - How does acquiring an empty lot and building a business, like an ice skating rink, in the center of Wildwood, meet the criteria of the open space program? Is this really an absolute need for the taxpayers? Can't we get by without this? Is someone pushing this through on behalf of the business improvement district to possibly, but unlikely, prop up their businesses on Pacific Ave.?
