Wildwood - Every summer, there is a property in the 400 block of West Hildreth Ave. that has not one, but several parked cars, piggybacked, from the parking area beneath the condos, completely blocking the sidewalk well into the street. Pedestrians literally have to enter the traffic lane to pass the property, yet this continues without warning, complaints, or summons being issued.
