Del Haven - In the last few years, under Tim Donohue's leadership, we've seen one new park opened and one about to be constructed. We have a new police substation. Roads have been paved and drainage improved. Stricter ordinances are cleaning up hotels and bad properties. There are plans to build apartments on the former concrete plant site and the township is partnering to bring a VA Clinic, Social Services and new commercial investment to the Rio Kmart site.
