Is the emphasis on gun sanctuary or mental health?

Wildwood - Is the emphasis on gun sanctuary or mental health? Is the emphasis on being an American and adhering to the Constitution or interpretation/manipulation of the law? Is the law of the land equal to all or are laws only adhered to the convenience of those in power? Isn't it less expensive to go after gun owners than re-examining and initiating public mental health treatment centers? Doesn't sanctuary mean a place that is set apart as a refuge from danger or hardship, a place for peaceful introspection? Is this about gun control or sanctuary?
