Cape May - The City of Cape May seems to be determined to throw taxpayer money into the bottomless pit of somebody else's lawsuit. If they do it without proper due diligence, they will be breaking their oaths to provide fiduciary responsibility to the citizens. An instant recall would be the correct remedy for such an action.
