Did the taxpayers really pay for Commissioner Byron to buy a bra

Wildwood - Did the taxpayers really pay for Commissioner Byron to buy a brand new take home car? Most residents are struggling to get by and we have to pay for a commissioner to get a brand new car every year? There should be no take-home cars for city officials, let alone allow a commissioner to use it to travel to his job out of county every day.
