Wildwood - Cape May County is a prime example of the stupidity of the state pedestrian law. Dark streets at night, bicycles all over the place with no lights, people blindly stepping into roads without looking, and then yelling profanities when someone blows their horn to remind them of their error. It takes twice as long to get anywhere, with more sign blight everywhere. I love coming here for vacation trying to relax, and instead end up playing continual dodge ball; my SUV vs. human flesh.
