Wildwood - After year two with Principal Pond and Superintendent Kummings in charge, it can be said that the morale and spirit of the Glenwood Ave. Elementary School and its employees are at an all-time low. There is no communication. Power and ego have taken over and have proven to be the downfall of a previously happy and proud staff. People have been divided and pitted against each other by administration. The board of education is clueless to the facts and only know what they are shown by the administration. We must ask: are these inexperienced administrators the right people for the job?
