And as to where all the money went, taxpayers are being told it was spent on beach clean up and other expenses. At an average of $45 a ticket times 30,000 equals ... $1,350,000. Where did all the money go besides over the bridge? Commissioners, do you still think it is profitable for the city to be in the promotion business?
