I am very disappointed that the police and animal control refuse

Sea Isle City - I am very disappointed that the police and animal control refused to respond to a call for a seagull with a broken wing on the beach. A seagull is left to die on the beach and no one cares. Not everyone likes seagulls, but letting them suffer like this is wrong. I do hope officials do something about this.
