I wonder if we are the only seasonal location with 200 days wher

Wildwood / Wildwood Crest - I wonder if we are the only seasonal location with 200 days where the city is an absolute ghost town, and decides to bring in mega events only on the few weekends when the city is already packed; beaches and hotels full, etc.? Any other town would only bring these events in when business is otherwise soft; e.g., mid-week/shoulder weekends, thus extending the business season for everyone. But that is why those other towns prosper vs. Wildwood, where city leaders will now bellyache that the season is too short/ratables too low, tax rates too high, etc., and wonder who to blame.
