Wildwood Crest - Regarding code enforcement and trash issues, no one has been cited or fined, it's just a notice for information only. I got one because my trash was in a bag and torn open with a big mess. I just use a can now, problem solved. As far as the rundown properties, unless you own one, how do you know they have not been fined? Call the city and ask.
