Why are the gas powered bikes allowed on the boardwalk? I was up there and for half hour straight a bozo kept speeding back and forth at full throttle. This was around 10 pm. So i call non emergency pd line to ask what the rule was. And what do i hear but why are you calling for something like this. Isnt it a boardwalk and not a road? Aren't motorized vehicles not allowed up there? A police department SUV finally went up there but by that time the guy left the scene.
