What is going on with all of the whales washing up on the East coast dead in NJ , NY , DE and MD ? Could it be the construction of the wind turbine areas off of our coast? The plotting of wind turbine towers using sonar equipment ground penetrating radar maybe the problem ? I thought that the wind power company's had to monitor for large marine mammals like whales using guide lines set up by the Marine Animals Division of the Federal Governments NOAA ? To bad they allowed a third party hired by the wind turbine power company's to monitor for the marine mammals .
