With the recent continual high winds more useless pole flags from these fringe businesses with limited operations found their way onto our properties yet again and got snagged in the shrubbery and tumbled around on our porch. Also your bins full of cans & plastic bottles are forever lining the streets, why put out such containers in gale wind conditions, wake up. I see the city has updated the trash rules but will they be unenforced like every other violation?
