When is stone harbor going to invest in the business district? For a town that prides itself in its business district 96th street is looking like a real dump. Mostly dead trees with sad looking half lit strands of light. Nasty rusty paint chipping off benches. No central sound system so we don’t have to look at ugly speakers during events. I think it’s time council looks into a revitalization of 96th street.
