Wildwood / Philadelphia - Almost every day, all summer long, there is a property on W. Hildreth Ave. that has cars parked across the sidewalk, into the street. The cops never take action. I wondered why until I saw a city lifeguard truck, parked in the same manner for several weekends in a row. Then an inquiry revealed the truck was being used by a lifeguard lieutenant, who resides in a condo on the property. I guess the lieutenant and other such ranking officials are above the law.
