I was surprised by the number of dogs, bicycles and surreys on the Boardwalk these past few weekends. I thought that after 11 a.m. bikes weren't allowed on the Boardwalk. I thought dogs were not allowed on the Boardwalk at all unless they were service dogs. The Class II officers didn't say a word to anyone. I hear there is supposed to be more officers on the Boardwalk. That is a great idea if they do their job, if not then it's a waste of money.
