I have noticed a lot of the Boardwalk SID workers just sitting around doing nothing the past few weekends. It wasn't their break time either. If they don't want to do their job, then find someone who will, or just do away with the program. The money could go to do other things to improve the Boardwalk. Maybe it would be cheaper to hire an independent contractor to do the job? I also hope that the restrooms are taken better care of than last year. They were nasty, dirty, no toilet paper and an insult to tourists who spend their money on the Boardwalk.
