I asked why Wildwood is charging a sewer fee on an empty lot that has no sewer line. The water coming to the lot is used to wash the boats off and water is going in the harbor. The answer I got is that they have to haul the water away from the island. Haul it away from where? The harbor? Anyone else paying for this?
