Congratulations to Steve Nickelsberg, Strathmere safety officer and Councilman Bill Kehner for attempting to shed some light on the serious accidents that are occurring, simply because a majority of bikers refuse to follow the rules! Bicycles are required to stop at red lights and stop signs. They need to pay attention; not only to motorists, but also to pedestrians. Everyone wants to enjoy a pleasant and safe summer, not only those with pedal power.
