Hello Wildwood City property owners and resident property owners,well I just looked at the plans for the new liquor stor and 21 unit apartment building above to be built at Park, Boulevard Rio Grande and Taylor Avenues. Do we need another liquor store ? How about parking for the store and 21 apartments code calls for 71 spots well there is a variance for 36 total parking spots . This is not good we already have parking issues in the neighborhood . Also the maximum building height is 36 feet there is a variance for a 63 foot tall structure of 5 total floors . Why even have codes ?
