I think it is so festive, the way the County decorated the old K Mart complex in such a way that it appeals to everyone. Others in Rio Grande don't so much as put up a wreath or garland to enhance the atmosphere of shopping there. Why not??? They want you to spend your money there but do not reinforce the Holiday Season. I choose to go somewhere that patronizes the Holidays as much as those stores would patronize me. I think they are just too cheap, like the stuff they sell from China! When K Mart was open, they would decorate the light poles. So cool!
