Hello fellow Wildwood residents once again a small lot has been sold on Park Blvd. at Rio Grande Avenue . The new owners want to build a 21 unit apartment building there with a liquor store on the ground floor. They are seeking multiple variances . This is not good since there is already a huge parking issue in the area .
