WHY? Is it allowed for business establishments to provide lunch and dinners to the police departments, and fire, several times a month especially considering their salaries? The cap their generosity by publishing their picture in the Herald for all to see. I view this practice as a gift or gratuity and an expectation of special treatment when calling the police to a scene in their establishment!!! It seems to be a popular practice of late and it needs to be stopped. No other explanation can justify such a practice like this if allowed to continue.
